  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact Crappy Worldwide at contact@crappyworldwide.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. It's crucial to request a return before sending the item back; otherwise, it won't be accepted.

  4. Damages and Issues: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, inspect it upon reception and immediately contact HardShirts. They will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  5. Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

  6. Exchanges: If you want to ensure you get the item you want, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

  7. Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, Crappy Worldwide will notify you about whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
